Modern medicine is network medicine. PRiSMA will offer case-specific collegial exchange within the registry network and thus enable the treating physicians to contact and confer directly with experienced colleagues in complicated cases (= organization of individual case conferences, "consiliary network").

This is NOT a 24/7 telemedical service! The consultation network offers you the opportunity to discuss complicated courses, unexplained etiologies, questions about therapy and secondary prophylaxis with colleagues.
